Interactive Driver and Vehicle Records (IDVR)The Interactive Driver and Vehicle Records (IDVR) service isa web-based application which allows authorized customers to access driver andvehicle record histories in real time. To download the updated User Guide.Driver Batch Monitoring (DBM)The Driver Batch Monitoring (DBM) service is a secure file transferbatch-based system which allows customers to register a list of drivers to bemonitored and receive updates when violation information changes for a monitoreddriver.
Once subscribed to the service, the customer sends a file to the FTPlocation indicating drivers to add to monitoring. Each night, the systeminspects the monitored drivers and provides a result file back to the customercontaining either change records for the monitored driver records or thecomplete record depending on preferences established during enrollment.

The entire vehicle record is not provided through thisservice. Once subscribed to the service, the customer sends a file to the FTPlocation indicating the License Plate Numbers the customer has a DPPA-approvedreason to access. To download the updated User Guide.Point-to-PointThe PTP service provides a simple SOAP (v1.2) web service API that approvedcustomers may use to search for and retrieve Maryland vehicle and driverrecords. The PTP web service utilizes HTTPS transport encryption to protect theexchange of information between the customer and the server.
